When he's doing his thing, one of his 3 Titans can survive a close range shotgun and 5 melee shots, he also survives 2 Gjallahorn rockets before finishing you off.
He did it vs the entire team
How do I report this to bungie?

I reported someone the other day for lag switching. As soon as you tried to shoot him, he would just stand there taking massive hits and his shield wouldn't even go down, then he would magically appear somewhere else and kill you. If you go to the roster you can see the name of everyone in the game and click on their name and there should be an option to report
