1) you're a 29 you can start hard mode CE but you can't do damage. 2) try the recruitment section. It's going to be very difficult for you to find a team as a 29 unless you have friends willing to carry you through

Ok when I looked earlier you were a 29. I would still suggest running normal a few more times until you reach 31.
