Can't join an already started raid
Must complete raid with same fireteam leader
Going to orbit may void your progress but not your fireteam leaders
It's a whole ton of garbage...

Hey thanks for that, explains a lot haha I normally start a team in orbit and then go in together but if we start getting issues or lose members, we go back to orbit and change fireteam leaders.
