How killing stupid Sunsingers makes you feel in Crucible...

We've all been there. You take aim, grin as your crosshairs settle on a Warlock's head, and squeeze the trigger. The sniper rifle goes off, and you hear the gratifying beep of a confirmed kill chiming in over the gunfire nearby.
Suddenly, your victim springs back to his feet, a righteous humanoid inferno bristling with divine radiance. Wings of flames erupting from their back, proclaiming them their own self-avenging angel. They will not suffer the injustice of your sharp eyes and quick reflexes, and you have angered them to the point they've used their Super and are ready to f*** your world up.
You sigh, dial the sights onto the Warlock's head again and squeeze the trigger. They crumple in a heap, their flame extinguished.

Wait a few seconds, let that smug Shotgunner turn his back, then burn him like a bagel that you left in the toaster for 10 minutes. Not to say that I haven't done it myself a few times. There have been far too many moments where I die, activate my super, start to shout "SURPRISE!" and then get sniped in the face. Radiant Skin is usually a better option. Fireborn is very useful in Control, though. Those 3 enemies that just turned their backs, laughing as they gunned you down on Point C? They're all crispy piles of ash now. And I shall dance over their Ghosts with my flaming wings of Justice.

4 RepliesThis right here is why fireborn in the crucible is retarded. It's essentially giving their opponent an extra kill for free. Radiant skin all day erryday.

Lol I love doing this but with found verdict and a well placed grenade. I always teabag them after the 2nd kill to rub it in. Stupid sun singers.

Of course that's why we* wait until your back is turned or you've gone somewhere else and then come back for the revenge kill. Or if they're the person to stay and make sure we dont come back, we* just dont and find somebody who doesn't. * we being the smart ones

Today I had a sunsinger pop his super while I was about to kill him with my bladedance. Poor sunsinger thought he could survive the knife with his super. Most fun I had killing them is buy backstabing them.

It's really funny when I Golden Gun them, they self revive, and I just kill them again in one shot with it. Free Double Down!

I play warlock as my main. Whenever I kill a warlock in crucible I just wait till their ghosts to disappear. -blam!-ing warlocks. :P

i shot down a sunsinger before with hardlight and kept shooting the same spot he selfres strait into my billets and dies in seconds •__________• i mean come on think a little

Whenever I kill a resurrected Sunsinger I think of the Watcher from Darksiders saying "keep getting up... I'll just kill you again"

My personal favourite is golden gunning one of them down, and then golden gun them down again as they self res :)
