Armor piercing rounds on sniper is OP
One of the OP perks you can get on the sniper rifle: The Armor Piercing rounds. Compiled here are some games that I have played and made good use of the Armor Piercing rounds.

This is nice but definitely not op. I wouldn't waste my time or ammo doing this, and if you can actually land these good for you you deserved the kill
