Vortexes are extremely useful. Annihilate is useless if you're already using Bloom or Vortex Mastery. Vortex Nova Bomb with Vortex Mastery will clear out roughly as many or even more enemies than bloom. Enemies killed by Bloom will not trigger a super kill (doesn't add on to Obsidian Mind) and therefore they will not generate orbs. Vortex kills count as super kills (adding on to Obsidian Mind) and generate orbs. Bloom + Melee kill explosion can hurt you if too close. Angry Magic is a necessity for Lance (Nova Bomb travels further and faster) as it allows your Nova Bomb to track your target. The tracking is not the greatest. Angry Magic is also generally useful because it gives you +1 Armor. Axion Bolt Grenade is ok...not a 1 hit kill in PVP at full health. Maximum of 2 targets, 3 targets with Voidfang Vestments. Scatter Grenade is good if you can aim it at a crowd perfectly. Vortex Grenade is good for blocking enemy movement and can deal a ton of damage over time to stationary targets. Sunsinger is pretty easy to figure out. Don't rely on Fireborn 24/7. Just try not to die. Use your super to generate orbs. If you're saving your super for Fireborn, at least use Sunburst to allow you to have a chance to generate orbs with each melee power kill to compensate for you not using your super. Fusion Grenades are the highest DPS grenades in the game. Firebolt grenades are just ok. Unlike axion bolt, they don't seek targets but instead hit them immediately. Hits a maximum of 3 targets for ok dmg output. Solar Grenade acts just like the Vortex grenade. Don't waste your time with Blink.
