Ok, Forge is simply an amazing concept to put into a video game, but it seems like it would be a many times easier to use on a computer. I would much rather be using a mouse and keyboard rather then using a controller. That is not to saying I don't like gaming on a console. I much rather play shooters on a console than a PC. But to do little tasks such as lining up blocks and stuff just right is such a drag on the controller, even with the coordinates system. Not to mention it gets kind of boring to be sitting there on your couch doing Forge for hours on end, while at your PC you could be listening to music, surfing to web, IM'ing, all at the same time. Couldn't Bungie make it so you could download Forge for the PC. I know personally I would use Forge A MILLION times more often then I do now if that were to happen. Any thoughts?
Posted by: AI0L0S i still want to know why it would need monitoring?
Because people would find ways to make unfair and exploitable maps.

It would be great idea if someone made a program so you can make your maps like you would in the game, which would help you lay out your maps, so you can spend less time making the map and instead be playing the map with your friends.
Posted by: AI0L0S
Posted by: outlande330 Sounds good to me, but i doubt it would happen, although it may not be too hard... just copy the files from forge in-game to your computer and incorporate it somehow to bnet... (thats just my guess) but also it would make like 15x more maps meaning bungie file servers would be overloaded... so yeah it would be awesome but i doubt it will happen.
Yeah that's a good idea. I like it. well you could save your map to your drive and choose to upload them if you wanted to but not more than 1 or 2 a day (thus forcing more time spent making maps)
Idk, bungie makes some money out of it, maybe they'll be more likely to incorporate it.
