The DMR/BR/Magnum should only do better than an AR in the AR's niche if the person wielding the DMR/BR/Magnum has enough skill. Otherwise, the AR should be more inclined to win in its short-mid range niche.[/quote][/quote] So, somehow, Player A with an AR ALWAYS beats Player B with DMR/BR/Magnum in the AR's niche, even when player A isn't as skilled as Player B or that there's at least 100 other factors to consider in the scenario? Doesn't make sense. The AR can merely be constructed to excel in the gap between short and mid range, but with factors like personal skill, melee, grenades, positioning, and strafing, it's entirely possible Player B can win.
