Have you played Civilization in the past? If so, go for Anno. If not, then go for Anno. It's a bit different than a lot God turn-based RTS games, and there's some really interesting neat things beneath it all. Give it a go, you won't regret it. As a bonus, the game looks absolutely beautiful if your PC can play it on reasonable settings.
