Instant Radiance Regeneration? [Edited]
I was just taking care of some bounties on Venus, and a level 31 sunsinger stopped by. After waving at me and dancing for a moment, he proceeded to used Radiance four consecutive times. Is this possible? If so, how may I achieve such a feat? Thanks.
Edit 1: I messaged the guy, and apparently there were 30+ orbs on the ground I couldn't see.
