Really depends on the situation but fatebringer is better most of the time. But obviously vs wizards and cabal with fire shield vision is better. In vog I prefer VoC for oracles, even over ice breaker. For Atheon VoC is great for the oracles as well, fatebringer is pretty awful for them.
