I have spent a whole day just going and finding all the dead ghost lying around and once I thought I had them all I looked at my grimoire cards and there it was... The missing one. Ghost fragment: darkness 3... I know where it's at but its not in my game. I remember picking it up close the the release of the game but I never got a card for it and now that I have "picked it up" it literally isn't there anymore and I can't get the last ghost. What can I do to fix this?
