Why some people hate Destiny

So this just a theory of mine as well as a brainstorming session as to why people dont like Destiny, and complain about it so much. The first and most obvious complaint is the loot drops...with RNGesus in charge, many people criticize the game when they dont get what they want. In all honesty, this is selfish. Lets take a look at the collective aspect of the game...the word "random" means an unspecific product of many. Therefore, if you dont have any exotics, you will get something new, but if you have most of them, the chances you get that last one you need are less than 5%. It is important to understand probability even though the system is "random". Secondly, people complain about the "unfinished" game and how the developers cut out parts for dlc. I have two comments to make on this. For one, the game is a ten year franchise, and is being constantly added to with new content all the time, content that is not expensive and costs about $20 every three months to obtain. The second point i want to make is that they can do whatever the -blam!- they want...a company's goal is to make money, and it's sometimes hard for the consumers of entertainment to accept that. They think it's just the company's job to give them everything they want RIGHT NOW. I believe that the system we have in Destiny now is keeping me interested and waiting for new content while grinding the old stuff is ultimately fun and worth my money. The last issue that some people have with Destiny is one that they dont even know they have...You play the game too fast. People who make three characters of the same class are in all seriousness, cheating themselves out of two characters, because they might as well have one character that can do nightfall, weekly, etc three times for that matter. When you take the time to explore all three classes and switch it up a bit, the game stops being boring and starts being fun. Now i know that not everyone is guilty of this, but there is a great majority that is. In conclusion, players try way to hard to "finish" the game and dont slow down and have fun. This may be because a truly mmo style game that evolves over time is relatively new to console, and most players dont have pc experience. It is my strong belief that Destiny is a very worthwhile game that I hope continues to grow over the next ten years. Thank you for your time community.
