Bungie - I appreciate the gift but...

It would have been better if a little more thought had gone into it. For example - in the same way you have gifted one of the various Vanguard weapons with random perks, why not have literally made the same guns but with one mega perk? Nobody in their right mind would have just sharded their gift if it had been that way. For example - I have a blue scout rifle that I use way more than any of the new legendary primary weapons. Reason - explosive rounds! Maybe something that I'm sure Fatebringer owners will agree with. Now, I have not come across anyone with a legendary scout rifle with explosive rounds (don't confuse it with firefly - that's a poor substitute as only happens with a kill) but that would have been a beast of a gun and one that I don't think would have been broken for parts. You could have gone the same way with the rest of the weapons - Autorifle with a form of mulligan that gives multiple shots back or insta' half fill clip if your last bullet in the clip is a precision hit (similar to Bad JuJu), Handcannon with maximum stability, Sniper with explosive rounds etc. These are not run of the mill weapons and would be something special. I got the vanguard rocket launcher with seeker (nice), 1 shell (wtf), no ability to increase said 1 shell (boo) and Third eye...I can understand on something that you would spend a large amount of time looking down the sight with (sniper or scout) but a single shot launcher??? Its a Meh gun and is a waste of space. I've got three launchers on each character from drops with each type of elemental damage - why would I keep a substandard launcher like this? You wouldn't and that's what all this is about. If it had of been something special, a one tube Giggidyhorn with less velocity for example, it would be a keeper!!! Feedback / constructive rant over. I hope this falls in the path of someone who gives a damn about this game. Thousands of people consistently giving ideas to improve the game but saying Bungie do not listen, cannot all be wrong surely...?
