Bungie, I am here to defend the poorly accused exotic weapon, No Land Beyond. The accusation we all know about: NO LAND BEYOND -blam!-ing sucks. I come before Bungie to say: This is only half true. Here's the top 7 complaints: 1.Lens Flare 2.Long Reload 3.Hindering Iron Sight 4.Low Precision Damage 5.Useless Mulligan 6.Low Ammo Capacity 7.Double Reload I'm not ranting or complaining, I'm giving Simple Solutions so that other people won't. 1. Sniper have lens flare as a warning to all unsuspecting players that an a enemy player is aiming down the SCOPE of there modern/futuristic sniper rifle, and their head might get popped off. No Land Beyond is a traditional BOLT rifle based off popular weapons used by our grandfathers during their time of war. It uses an IRON SIGHT. During WWI and WWII there was no such warning against this type of weapon. Lens flare on this weapon is an absolute troll to players and disrespectful to the soldiers that died by this type of weapon. But this factor is a necessary, due to the high chance of a one shot, one kill. Simple Solution: There should be a certain distance where this activates, whether it activates once a players is too close or too far is up to you, Bungie. If this suggestion is not taken then just scrap the lens flare effect. 2. I don't understand this complaint, the reload time itself is not bad at all. But I'll mix it with number 5 and 7. 3. I'll admit the sights sometimes make it hard to see, but that's only when I shoot and the recoil lifts my center and I STAY ADS IN. When you shoot and your sights remain up, follow up precision shots will of course be hard, because still measuring the change of all the motion. Simple Solution: Shoot( While ADS), Load Next Shot( Not ADS), Shoot (While ADS). 4. It does an honest amount of damage, but as an exotic honest isn't enough. MY personal opinion that I'm sure many people share, is that all exotics should be superpowers compared to any other weapon. Bungie, you've made so many mistakes allowing your players to confuse you and ruin this game. The decisions to decrease the original damage output of the VEX MYTHOCLAST, increase the number of burst of the BAD JUJU, and increase the number of shots of THORN are the best decisions you've made. The decision to toy with around with Pocket Infinity, was an horrible mistake on your part Bungie. Every exotic should be OP, that's the whole point of being able to use ONE AT A TIME. Think on that, especially when you have weapons like UNIVERSAL REMOTE, which is still the worst gun in the game, but heavily competing with NO LAND BEYOND, just sitting in vaults waiting uselessly to be used. But getting back on topic, Simple Solution: Increase impact by what ever you, Bungie, think is reasonable. 5.Simple Solution: Replace Mulligan with (the name escapes me) the perk that grants ammo with each kill. Or with Outlaw. 6.Come on Bungie, think. It may be a sniper rifle, but it's place is in the primary weapons slot, which means as a primary I'll be using it first and foremost. Simple Solution: Increase the max ammo capacity. 7. This the big one, the dou-ble re-load. I'll go right out and say that the exotic perk of NO LAND BEYOND, The Master, is incomplete. Simple Solution: Current- The Master -Increased precision damage -Kills briefly increase damage against next target Possible Updated Version -Greatly increased precision damage -Precision damage with this weapon decreases the time between shots -(If you don't use Outlaw) precision damage briefly increases reload speed. -Body shots briefly increase stability If Bungie ignores this, then to the players, After every shot, reload the whole clip, good bye double reload. Bungie the choice is yours if you want to save this poor, poor, POOR weapon.
