Light level
So i just reached level 20 and accidentally skipped what i said about light level, although i read what it said when it tells me what my ligh is i am still confused.
I just kinda want someone to explain what light is, and what it does.

Light is not added onto your leveling bar until you don gear that has light attached to it, you can equip any piece of armor on but make sure to look at the light, some gear may have more, some may have less. Also if you upgrade a piece of armors defence the light increases until it reaches the light capacity on the armor.

Light can only be obtained by acquiring rare/legendary/exotic armor that has light attached to it, make sure you look at the rare gear you obtain from now on because it will have a certain amount of light attached to it.
