After WEASEL error - Ban ?
Hello folks.
I encountered an error on the 31st December 2014. At 00:58 AM I encountered latency problems inside Destiny while looting at the Lootcave on Venus. I got the message "Contacting Destiny servers..." for about 3 minutes.
I ran over an blue engram and the message "Contacting Destiny servers..." appeared again, and my character didn't picked that up. After a few more seconds I got disconnected from the game and the WEASEL appeared.
I bumped X for a few times to reconnect than and after 2 more WEASEL errors I got the message that my account is suspended / banned !
Did the Destiny servers thought my PS3 is attacking DDoS the servers because of the reconnects it did ? I don't know why I got this message. I know Bungie had some server errors issues in the past and maybe my PS3 was / is flagged as some sort of the attacking software the Lizard Squad used.
I really don't know what to do - so I write this post here. Bungie, please fix that, that can't be possible that people who paid for your game got banned for no reason and only because this "Squad" attacked your servers.

Hello, There are no options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty. ...you're trying too hard to make it seem like the error code or engram had something to do with your ban. Now everyone else please take note of the Intrusion shell...which is obtainable only through modded console. Case dismissed.

That's a nice Intrusion Shell you have there. Those can only be obtained by using a modded console or game which is in breach of the Destiny ToS and also the PSN ToS. Enjoy your ban douchebag!
