" Attention Contacting Destiny Severs"
I have gotten over 100 error codes over the past five days and I'm still wondering when will Bungie fix their servers.
I have been trying to play this game only to get Attention Contacting Destiny Servers followed by Anteater code and then Weasel code. Sometimes it gives me a Beaver code and sometimes it gives me "You have lost connection to Destiny servers". I'm to the point that I just check to see if I will be able to play the game only to get " You have lost connection to Destiny servers" and I try again and I get Anteater code follow to by " You have lost connection to Destiny servers" or a Weasel code and sometimes a Beaver code. I think Bungie is just waiting for someone to sue them and then they will fix their damn useless servers, if they just spend some of the money they made by selling the game and fix their damn servers so that everybody can enjoy the game they paid for. I bought this game thinking I was going to enjoy it but its getting me mad every time I try to play because it won't let me but if Bungie would've said that the game would be unplayable for some people and that you will get a damn zoo thrown at you every time you try to play the game I would've spent my money somewhere else.
I can't even play the damn game with an open NAT type only to get more freaking codes left and right. Then Bungie replies with the copy and paste responses they have and tell you straight to your face that all the problems are on your end and that their servers are fine when they are not. So Bungie spend some money on the damn servers that are useless or do you have to ask Activision for permission.
EDIT 1: I have gotten about 20 Weasel errors now and haven't been able to play the game in about 2 weeks. I haven't been able to play the new expansion at all and I will probably not be able to play the Iron Banner event either.
EDIT 2: My issue fixed itself. Bungie didn't do anything to fix.

1 Replywe are heading into 2017 and i am having the same issue . I bought a power line adapter today to wire my PS4 connection and avoid this issue but yet it still persists so i know its all on bungies end . I have been doing everything possible to have literally the best connection and still i get booted over and over and over and sherpaing the raid or trials is not possible . This company makes me sick . I don't care about your useless reskins or half asses events and exotics . put time and money into the servers since , with any game .. thats number 1 priority over the entire game . If you can't play the game successfully .. nothing else matters , is that really hard for them to figure out on their own as adults with educations?

2 RepliesOver a year on and still the problem persists. -blam!- this game, I'm not paying into a business that doesn't listen to it's customers or solve the simplest issues when they sold the game for 4 times it's value and continue to take the piss out of everyone dumb enough to carry on playing in hope it will get sorted.

Its Bungies servers not out internet, they never wanna take blame. Every error code means the same shit and you -blam!-in Bungie fan boys defend them all the way as if there servers were flawless and have no problem at all. They're lazy and they'll never fix there servers

9 RepliesI wish people would understand that YOUR internet isn't directly contacting BUNGIES servers. There are SO many things in the middle that can affect connection. Stop immediately blaming bungie, because if it was their servers being screwy then no one would be able to play. A lot of people can play this game with no issue. Need to do some investigative work on your end, and talk to your ISP.

It's EVERYONE except for a few Bungie trolls and fanboys. The app sucks too and can't find items that are there, say they are there but can't find item. Servers timing out bad today

Same here.. I've cut out way way way too much this past week, and in the past hour I've just tried the daily three times only to loose connection just before I complete it. Three times!!? As I've said on here before. I love this game but my anger is beginning to outweigh my enjoyment. Yeah yeah open my ports. They are. 10 mps..

The worst part is when you're about to finish something like a raid or nightfall with friends that you've just met...then all of a sudden this happens...Its really frustrating, and making everybody feel uncomfortable...I really hope they fix this.

Funny right how is it that since day one on ps3 launch date. To now on all consoles thay can't fix it at all. Are the massive lag in PvP. It's past the point If they could I think the Bungie employees are incompetent and are waste of space . They can fix they don't won't to put forth the effort. Funny they want you to pay more money for DLC but can't fix real problems

I always got error codes 24/7 in the first couple of months and it would just kick me even though my internet is fine and they always blamed my internet then recently I haven't gotten as many of them but it still does the same thing by blaming me and my internet a perfectly the same way as before

Same problem finish a nightfall and it kicked me out cant even watch the cinematic trailer of house of wolves. Bungie get this fixed already its getting frustrating.

3 RepliesI have some of the best internet around, but that doesn't stop bungie's servers from disconnecting me. Also their help on the error codes is all wrong. Make sure you're NAT is set to open, that helps a little. But honestly I feel like bungie saw this when the game came out, "fixed" it, and has been ignoring us ever since. #stepupyourgame

I have same problem and im surte its my shity internet and the other thing is I dont know if rhis has happen to any 1 but you kill some one and it records it like a second or two late and they also kill you when they're dead

I tried playing couple of days ago and it let me play with no errors at all. I didn't do anything to my router or anything else.

2 RepliesCheck your internet connection You can also try playing destiny with your present ID on another console to see if it's your internet or BUNGIE' S fault

7 RepliesTry to reset your internet and turn off your console. What kind of console do you have and check to see if your cable ( if wired connection) is plugged in properly and last if it continues get you console or wifi checked. If you have more problems let me know and I'll try too help. G_Town99

7 RepliesThe only way that these error codes can pop up left and right is because your internet is probably terrible. Go to bungie.net and theres a cool feature so where you can look up error codes, same goes with xbox live or PSN. There they will give you various solutions to the problems. If the solution says something about your internet than get a better internet connection. Its as simple as that.

12 RepliesAttention YOUR CONTACTING DESTINY SERVERS its not the servers contacting you it's actually your internet. destiny uses a fair amount of broadband and if you do not have that good of a internet it won't happen I've got ADSL2+ so I've only got attention contacting servers 5 or 6 times and that's over one year how about you spend some money and get better internet
