[/quote] I don't like PvP on Destiny in the slightest if I had it my way I wouldn't even touch it. It's just not my type of multiplayer. I dislike how it's mandatory to play PvP for gear regarding the iron banner but that is the whole point in the event. The gear is quite unique I like it. It's a difference from the traditional gear in the sense of aesthetics. However, my biggest issue regarding the '[b][i]Iron Banner[/i][/b]' is the reset of rank. Returning the player to absolute zero is not the best solution, as I don't have the time to sit and play all the time. It's taken me [i]14 Hours[/i] just to hit rank 3 from rank 1. This was a real test of my patience. I enplore you and your team to rethink this crucial matter. My best solution to this problem, if you would call it a problem is to manage the rank like hearthstone handles seasonal changes. Each time the Iron Banner returns it should keep a factor of the current level, for example; If I reach rank three when it's active one week, I should keep 1/3 or 1/4 the total experience for the next week, that way I'm not starting from scratch every time. This gives us [b][i]casual gamers[/i][/b] a chance at actually getting loot from the event. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to actually have a fighting chance at getting the higher loot. Many of us can't afford to play all week long for long periods of time just to get that loot. I know I can't, not with work and family. Although I do like my man cave, I can't spend my entire life there Bungie! Thanks for the effort so far, and keep the good stuff coming, I'm enjoying It this far.
