We all know Bungie sees the forums (DeeJ more specifically) but seeing and listening is different from understanding. The Bungie community is very upset, more so on the xbox side of things and the community in general. Your fans are upset, listen to them because without your fans, you have nothing. I absolutely love this game and it would be such a shame for this game to go down the pooper. Unfortunately when it comes to games like Destiny the success of the game is more dependent on the fans than the product you've created. You guys plan on a 10 year life cycle. At this rate Destiny isn't going to last 2 years. I love this game and will probably never stop playing but unfortunately not everyone feels the same way I do.
