The Grimoire cards for the Races are Human, Ghost Fragment: Human 1-4, Awoken, Ghost Fragment: Awoken 1-2, Exo, Ghost Fragment: Exo 1-2. Not sure where you're seeing that 4th card but I have all the races cards and they are the ones listed.

If you notice, this post was made back on July 29th. So I saw this when playing the Beta. Someone just randomly commented on this thread 3 months after I made it.
