The R2 has been made with super cheap parts and thousands of people have this issue, now both of my controllers are broken, and I have to ship them to sony to get them fixed. Since I don't have my receipts for when I got them it's unsure if they will even fix them for me, this is utter bullshit.

I bought a set of replacement triggers from a place out of Ohio and was very happy. Find a video that shows you how to take your controller apart and buy yourself the proper screwdriver before you start -- the screws are tiny. Be careful when you open the controller up so you don't the trigger springs. (I lost the spring, but I don't feel much difference between the trigger with and without a spring.) Good luck. Feel free to ask any questions.

I've broken three. You can buy replacement triggers very cheaply, including the spring, from China on eBay. I now have several spares, it's better than waiting for Sony to fix/replace the controller.

The controller is built cheaply, sony should use more expensive part's where it matters triggers, analog rubber... It only costs them $18 to manufacture a DS4.

I think I've worn out the right bumper on my xbox one controller. It's hard for me to throw grenades now. =\

Whole thing on the ps4 help forums for this. Even a video on the first page if you scroll down a bit.

My r1 is bust, stupid scout rifle and my L3 is bust from running.

I had same issue after 50hours of Destiny with x and circle, but I bought the warranty of 1 year for 8$ at Eb games, so I'll get a new every time if broken :p

Is that just from normal, everyday play?
