What's In Your Jumpship?
Time for another mildly pointless topic to burn away some time and HYPE.
We know that there won't be anything like player housing in game at launch, though Bungie continues to coyly hint that anything is possible. Still, some of you may have had thoughts about what's in your characters quarters, or what's in their ship. Are the shelves obsessively neat and clean? A total wreck? Covered in worn socks? Strewn with gun parts and dataslates from the search for the Perfect Gunsight? Does it have a shrine in the corner to the Traveler, or an altar to the greats of Classical Music? What personal baubles might they keep around, now that their ties to a past life are severed -- or do they hunt up those ties, looking for photographs that remind them of half-remembered friends and loved ones? Special songs? A child's toy? A stash of porn?
What does your Guardian's quarters say about them?

Really nice to freely shop, equip and read up without all those loading screens or looking at a phone. Well... Actually I cant access this stuff yet but I am SURE it is in there. I mean, OBVIOUSLY right? putting anything else in there if they ever add anything would be DUMB AS HELL... ; )

1 ReplyObviously, since I'm the Doctor, my ship is bigger on the inside :D Theres a living room, small but roomy and confortable, kind of like that "secret" hang out in the Tower. Theres an information hub, where i pilot the ship, set courses, and store my Grimoire Cards. Then theres the charging station, where i replace my batteries, since i'm an Exo! And the artifact room, where i keep and display the mysterious objects i've collected.

Edited by Meryl: 1/30/2015 6:36:41 AMI would have a large study hall full of shelves and shelves of Destiny lore And a large desk in the middle of it full of unorganized books, documents, art projects pencils, erasures, pens and maybe a couple mechanical baubles here and there. In another room I would have my bedroom, with a queen sized bed that has the worlds most comfiest covers and a nightstand right next to it with a lamp that I invented myself, and inside the drawers of the nightstand there would be my collection of twisted bottlecaps, pictures of my father, love letters from my significant other and a few little tiny artifacts. On the bedroom wall my collection of legendary cloaks would be spread upon it along with some of my best art pieces.In a little nook near the ceiling in the corner above my bed, I would have a mini bed that was perfectly shaped for my ghost. And in another room I would have a cello that was carved and strung out of a piece of glass from the Vault of Glass, complete with the eye of a Precursor hobgoblin and a bow made also of the same material and inside the frog of the bow would be the eye of a Descendant hobgoblin. In this room I would have shelves full of old sheet music that I recovered as well as an pre golden age piano. This is for my Human hunter, my warlock and titan would definitely have different living quarters

basically, it only can navigate to 6 places because i bought my nav system from walmart. oh, most importantly its about as big as a smart car because i have to go to the tower to access my vault which apparently is a little bit bigger than a smart car

3 RepliesSo, in my ship, my Human Hunter and Exo Titan both have fluffy dice hanging from the rear view mirror. Then the Hunters really messy and my Titan is obsessively neat. He loves alternative, rock, and classic rock. He dismantles guns with friends for fun. My Hunters room is full of crap. She has three-year old chocolates steen everywhere, lipstick and face paint are smeared all over the walls, and she sleeps under covers made of a hodgepodge of civvies.

Edited by Aldon saphir: 1/30/2015 6:14:23 AMmy hunter (codenamed shift) has gun cleaning and repair supplies to keep his signature piece (the last word) in good usable condition. he also has a helmet stand for his mask of third man (another title he obtained through many years as a guardian) as well as a picture of his awoken woman who is codenamed ghost. a desk next to his bed is used to study weak points and other areas of his enemy's bodies that will kill them as soon as possible other than that not much else beside an old letter from a boy named shen calling shift his hero, despite having just been passing threw the boy's town. (if you havnt guessed by now, my hunter is jaren ward... as well as the third man)
