By the time you're able to play raids they should be skilled. Btw adding match-making won't make anyone more skilled just more frustrated.

A gamer doesn't have to be anything. Games with linear campaigns come with a difficulty setting for this exact reason. Non-linear campaigns allow you to take as long as you need to get what you need if you [i]don't[/i] have the skills to beat something.

Also like in both of those examples you gave raids have 2 different difficulty modes. Also you are given all the time you need to [i]get what you need[/i] if you are not prepared. Also nobody is required to play this.
