Well, they did confirm our Beta characters wouldn't carry over. I expected this would happen sooner or later.
On the bright side? We're in the home stretch. Two weeks, and we will rise from the ashes.

Go on amazon sign up for amazon prime you get a free 30 day trial, it will arrive the day it comes out problem solved!

Doesn't Amazon give you release-day delivery if you pre-order? I haven't pre-ordered a game from them in a while, so I don't know if they still do that...

Yes if you pre-order the game on amazon they ship it to you the day it comes out, pre-orders are still available just not limited and ghost editions, you will still get the vanguard armory.

Edited by F3nixBL00D: 8/26/2014 8:37:51 AMNo I don't believe they do, you would have to wait a week like you said you are once they do their midnight release, they are pretty much sold out, the copies that aren't sold go on the shelves. They have to wait for the next shipment and then they send it to you. Me personally im going to the midnight release to get my copy come home have it install and play and when my shipment from amazon arrives then I get the vanguard armory. So im buying 2 copies because why not?
