I just think celebrities could be doing it better. Most that I've seen just write that it's the ALS challenge, then they tip water on themselves and nominate somebody else. Some provide a link with information on how to donate or actually provide awareness by explaining what it is; but most just do it and say some names. Hell, I didn't even realize until yesterday that ALS was Motor Neuron disease.
