Anchorage is fun and has the best loot of any DLC (imo) The Pitt is pretty entertaining but also grimdark and adds a bit of challenge to the usual memetrain that you unleash on everything in the lategame. Zeta is rivalling OA for loot and cool shit (Spoilers as to why) You can actually get OA and the Pitt? In a disc bundle for the price of one expansion off the XBL store. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fallout-Add-On-Broken-Steel-Lookout/dp/B002DMLMH8/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408481843&sr=8-1-fkmr1&keywords=fallout+3+dlc+disc http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fallout-Game-Add-On-Operation-Anchorage/dp/B0022NHM36/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1408481843&sr=8-2-fkmr1&keywords=fallout+3+dlc+disc I know it's in limey money, but you should find them on the US amazon <.<

Of those 3 the pitt; best story, best level design. Zeta and oa have better loot, but imo are kinda boring. if you don't have it yet though, I'd suggest broken steel, nice endgame powertrip that :P also worth mentioning: point lookout, better than zeta and oa imo

      • Operation Anchorage was a ton of fun in my opinion, it has an interesting story and you can command NPC's to an extent.

      • Okay hard choice I ended up getting the GOTY Edition, but here are my main complaints to the DLCs: The Pitt is very linear. Anchorage dumbs down the difficulty like hell if you do it right at the beginning of the game. You get the best power armor and training right after you complete it. Mothership Zeta is quite difficult without the Anchorage gear without getting to lvl 25+. I hope my advice helps you on whichever choice you choose.
Can't wait for Fallout 4!!!
• Of those, The Pitt is probably best both in story and atmosphere. But I think Point Lookout is best over all.

        • Buy them all from a store. The disc price should be super cheap

        • The GOTY edition is about $20 (over here) and has all of them. Operation Anchorage is rather short but the loot is great.

        • The Pitt for sure. Anyone who thinks the other DLCs are quality seriously need to play better games.

        • None, Mothership Zeta is only second to New Vegas' Old World Blues.

        • The Pitt. OA and MZ just give you nice gear but The Pitt is one of the best experiences in FO3.

        • Operation Anchorage gives you the indestructible T-51B Power Armor, Chinese Stealth Armor(which is -blam!-ing awesome), Gauss Rifle, Jingwei's Shocksword, and a bunch of other weapons. Mothership Zeta gives you a shit ton of alien weapons, alien power cells, Alien Epoxy(which fixes your weapons to 100%), and alien crystals which you can sell back at the Capital Wasteland for shit tons of caps. The Pitt gives you a bunch of unique melee weapons and unique assault rifles. It also has a interesting background to it. Its like you went back in time during the Industrial Revolution, but with a nuclear holocaust theme attached to it. I had the most fun with Operation Anchorage, and it gives you the best armor and loot in the game basically.

        • You get that sweet ass stealth suit plus the guass rifle from anchorage. Then again, you get that scoped, silenced assault rifle from the pitt, plus the tribal power armour. Tough choice between the two but id go with anchorage, the gauss rifle is too good, long range high power and a knockback

Op Anchorage is just a few linear missions with great loot at the end. Mothership Zeta is shit. You don't want to know the feeling when you've been playing through hours of tedious, bland corridors, and bullshit enemies only to hit a dead end where youre basically unprepared and under leveled to advance at all. All you get at the end is some Energy Weapons and maybe some gimmick outfits. Not worth it. The Pit is better. It has different missions depending on who you want to side with. The mutant enemies are terrifying and create some very tense moments. The environment is just fantastic. There are a lot of hidden, and secret areas that make the are interesting to explore. Unlike the other two DLC, you can actually revisit the pit whenever you want to access the traders or the ammo mill.

        • Operation Anchorage is a more combat oriented DLC and has (as others have mentioned) some real unique arms that are cool. It doesn't add a whole-lot to the Fallout storyline. The Pitt probably is the most challenging in terms of the setup and the storyline is much more Fallout-esque; it feels like a real extension of the game. There is also some good melee gear. Mothership Zeta has an interesting, off-beat style in terms of humor and setup (kind of like Old World Blues), with the addition of more alien weapons - some of which feel overpowered.
