If you want Call of Duty play it. I don't understand the demanding every game have the same features as Call of Duty. I for one will quit playing games if they all become a copy and paste of COD. Other game companies have already discovered that people will not play a game if it's a rip off of COD. The people that would play a rip off just play COD instead.

Or bring up something I didn't even talk about I'm almost positive you will. And tell me to play COD & stop whining about Destiny when I didn't even comment about the game. Or don't respond if you're actually smart enough to realize how stupid you sound talking shit to someone who just stated their opinion & wanted to be heard - AND IGNORING FACTS THAT DIDNT SUPPORT YOUR OPINION. Halo was a completely different type of game, regardless if it was developed by the same devs. And to be fair, it really isn't the same devs, since Bungie is like a completely new team of people now. Halo had a separate SP and MP component. If you wanted to play MP, you accessed from within the menu - it makes sense to have a private matches in a setting like this. On the hand, MP in Destiny is like a a part of a whole. It is not it's own thing, but rather just another part of the game everyone is playing - there isn't even a MP menu. You have to access the MP from within the SP experience. The game just isn't setup where private matches even makes sense.

I know Halo and loved it until 343 turned it into a bastardized version of COD. Halo 4 sold great at first until the Halo guys realized it wasn't Halo anymore. The COD guys loved it but were gone as soon as the next COD came out. Now the Halo 4 servers are a ghost town. This is the point I was trying to make now to your point. Bungie did have private matches in Halo they also had forge, 8vs8 matches, theater mode, a lot more vehicles and many different features that Destiny doesn't have. Bungie is making Destiny now not Halo, COD, Titanfall, or any other game. The features of any other game shouldn't matter to Bungie in my opinion. I hope and believe Bungie is crafting Destiny to be the best possible game they can make it. Without being shackled by games that came before it. If that means some fan favorite features get left behind so they can focus on new features such as raids so be it. Personally I would prefer that private matches were included and 8vs8, theater mode, forge, and more vehicles but if these got cut to make room for a new and possibly great feature I understand.

Dude ok I wish you led with that see that's perfect mindset. From what I gathered from that interview with the lady from IGN that did a bad job, they are going to put private matches in there. But they wanted to make sure their servers were ready at launch. I don't have the video but I remember, listen with that in mind &I you'll come to realize they have private matches in mind, just wanna be prepared first See it sounded like you were one of those people who hates on it cuz you don't see the point. But no I agree they had better things to focus on & they can put it in whenever they're ready. I'll still be playing the GOTY come 9/9
