So this is a bonus that you get when pre-ordering the game. But, what is it exactly. Gears and Weapons. Yes I understand. But are they available straight away from lvl 1? Do they lvl up with you as you progress through the game? Or are they only effective at certain lvl's (or end game lvl)? Are they account based or Character based? Antboy who knows how this is gonna work? Is it just a cheap gimmick to get more pre-orders?
