I feel a proximity chat in the tower could resolve everyone problems... Or even installed in the tower and in the game world... Regardless, they need a chat system of some kind. Even a chat box like most all other MMOs. This is something that will bring the community closer together, even if it means the risk of a few foul mouthed players. It's needed period. As this is how players band together, by being able to communicate. Especially if there not allowing raids to have a match making feature.
