Bungie web and app

So this is just my feedback based on what I've noticed being an admin on a group/clan. On a desktop (webpage): • On the right-side menu, in the Members tab. Expanding the members list and clicking show more doesn't allow me to view all members within the group. • Once opening that list, the list renames itself from 47 members to 1 • On the Playstaion Clan tab in the group page, it doesn't display all the list of clanmates • Opening conversations doesn't allow me to look past my older conversations • Conversations does not run smoothly, delay in sending and receiving posts, notifications and refresh rate. It also displays unread messages even though I've read them already. • In the Admin Tools tab, Members menu you can't go to the next page of members, thus disabling me to promote certain members as admins Mobile companion (app): • Can not access group wall • Does not have the Interact menu like the web and display settings • Can not access playstation clan tab • No access to admin tools • Admins, Members and Followers is a mess. Being places under the About tab and no full access of the list of members again. • Again with the conversation problems same as on the web • Can't see the [ clanmates | members | followers ] UI like on the web All these problems isn't making the experience as excellent as it should be when joining with a clan. It adds stress to admins and members who want to join. Personally I'm trying to use third party sites, but that doesn't register members trying to join into the system, leaving them with no clan tag in game. There is no clear indication how to officially join clans, people tend to join the group not knowing they haven't actually joined the clan. On the web, you have to manually go to the interact menu. But some people are lost doing the task. On the mobile app is even worse. There is no interact menu leaving me with no clue how to join clan. People are just joining groups without knowing that they really haven't joined the clan in game. Suggestions: • Match up the UI on the mobile app to the web • Clean up conversations (undread messages bug, refresh rate, scroll down and access older messages etc.) • Fix the members list both on the clan tab and on the right-side menu (allow us to see and access all members) • When members join a group, allow them to see an obvious indication that they haven't joined the clan, but instead they've only joined the group. Then give them the ability to join the clan. Just make a refined system into joining a clan • General clean up on accessing members (especially in the Admin Tools tab) And one great suggestion for in-game. Create a buddy/clan system: • Identifies clan members in the map/area location • Clan list of friends/members at the Roster menu/tab This way, we can identify who's online from our clan, and invite their PSN/Xbox gamertag so we will be notified who's online playing and no members gets ignored because no one is playing with them.

  • Excellent feedback bro! I couldn't agree with you more and I'm sure others can relate to this! I hope something can be done for the sake of improving the overall experience within the Destiny game. Despite all this the beta has been an absolute pleasure to play and I am even more so excited for the full game. I am also looking forward to all refinements made to increase the experience of this game!!!
