Just a little thing I noticed about the lore.
The god Mars was associated with war and masculinity, and so that is reflected in the landscape and its main residents, the Cabal; harsh, barren terrain, occupied by an enormous, industrial, ordered war faring empire of huge grey soldiers with bare, utilitarian structures and weapons.
The goddes Venus was associated with love and femininity, and that too is represented in its terrain and the vex (well, not so much the love part). Venus has a beautiful, tangled, wild and volcanic landscape, while the vex tend to be a slender, mysterious race with a weak lower body core (womb?), who construct disordered geometric, logic defining structures. This can also be seen in the work of Peter Gric, one of the inspirations for Destiny's art.
Being opposites, it makes sense that the Cabal and Vex are at war, and its cool to see Destiny having a classical undertone such as this.
