What constitutes a good ending for a story?
Whether it's for a TV series, video game, movie, book, any sort of story.
And what stories do you think had good endings? Post spoilers if you're going to talk about the ending.
I'll start. I think Batman Begins had a great ending. [spoiler]If you forgot, Batman and Gordon are talking and the Commissioner gives Batman the joker card, telling him that his work isn't over.[/spoiler]
Conversely, what makes a bad ending? Besides Mass Effect 3, what stories do you think had bad endings?
For this, I'm saying the Eragon books and Fallout 3's non DLC ending.

Edited by Mega Blaziken: 7/10/2013 6:54:43 AMOnes that actually finish the story, none of that cliffhanger bullshit like what Halo 3's Legendary Ending, or Halo 2's for that matter, stuff that leaves a shit ton of questions unanswered is stupid, it's like saying "We're going to make sure we can squeeze out one more before we kill this cash cow."
