...does that mean God would be dissatisfied with obese people?
-
OP doesn't know a thing about Christianity.
-
"Gluttony", per say, isn't a sin. Where did you read that it was?
-
God hates gluttony because it's all about self. You could be helping the needy instead of eating far more than you need and indulging in a sickening fashion.
-
Gluttony does not specifically refer to food douche.
-
If Gluttony is a sin. Yes. but we also have some other incredibly stupid and vague sins don't we?
-
That isn't how Christianity works.

Edited by o_____________o: 2/14/2013 5:12:33 PMGluttony doesn't mean eating a lot, rather purposefully eating so much that it causes you to puke. Then you can eat more food all over again.
-
Imagine what this says about all those "Christians" you see stuffing their fat faces at a Sunday breakfast buffet....
-
Being fat =/= being a glutton.
-
Edited by jetmann113: 2/14/2013 7:29:25 PMGluttony includes obesity and hoarding (which includes money, I think).
-
Well, the body is a temple so I imagine God wants us to keep it healthy.
-
Over eating isnt the same as being fat. Being fat has genetic variables.
-
Well, there goes 35% of America.
-
Probably. Unless you're obese because of genetics. There are skinny people who eat like crazy and are gluttons.
