This is something I've pondered for a long time. Does intelligence mean wisdom and experience? Or does it merely mean facts and statistics?
What about the [i]ability[/i] to retain and store knowledge? The ability to see through deception?
I could go on, but I think you get the gist of it.
In my own school, people voted on a person for the "smartest" student. This got me thinking, what does it really mean to be smart? I know the guy had a good GPA, but what else could be a factor in intelligence?
IQ tests are used in an effort to measure someone's intelligence, and from what I know it takes into account how quickly you think as well as logic.

Intelligent is the ability of think, is how fast you think. When you say "he is more intelligent than me" you say "He thinks much faster than me. At least that's what my teachers told me.
