So let's get this straight. Bungie claims that people get banned the moment they start cheating, but yet my friend has standbyed or w/e to get his lvl in team skirmish. Why doesn't he get banned. When people playing with or against him ask him what he is doing, he says simply, "I am getting back at the people who stand by on me." All I want to know is why he hasn't got banned. Please tell me so I can give you his name.
