You can have 6 perks and a weapon, or go with 4 perks and like 3 attachments on your gun, or no gun and all grenades. You need to educate yourself on BLOP2 Also people complain about the frame rate drops in Black Ops 2, I tried playing Halo for a bit after a bit of CoD, Halo 4 looked like a slideshow for like 2 minutes, while my eyes adjusted.
