I have a question. Does the above directory provide administrative tools for ninjas, employees (who ask for it), or just superusers, like Achronos, Sawnose , Jeremiah, and the others?

I would imagine that the tools available there are related to the security level/role of the account. So, for the majority of members, there's nothing there.
