Should Halo have a love story?
I just wanted to see what people think, should there ever be a love story in Halo? Obviously there are some that occur in novels I presume, but how about the Chief? Think he could do with a misses? (Cortana doesn't count...)

Between the Didact and Librarian, sure. I would like to see them expand on Bornstellar-Didact's newfound relationship with the Librarian in Silentium. Buck and Dare? Why not? It'd make more sense than EDI and Joker in ME3. Which brings me to John and Cortana. Pairing those two would be tantamount to horrid fanservice. The Spartan-IIs saw Halsey as more of a mother figure. For Chief to fall for Cortana would just be friggin creepy. Keep the lovy-dovy crap out of my shooter. Save it for the novels, and none of that Contact Harvest -blam!- with Johnson. *shudders*
