I found the next clue!!

go to halo3.com/comic It shows sentinels building the Ark! Hurray and remember you read it hear first. If you are wondering how i found it, i am a paper carrier and was looking through the circuit city ads and saw AR's symbol there. And it said to go to www.halo3.com/comic edit: The numbers hidden in the last three comic slides are the IP address to a site. Skim through the first 5 pages and you should be fairly up to date. Go to this mans post Sk1ll4x3D he has all the lastest news, in a nice and orderly presentation, unlike this thread. Here is the link: http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=11285162 *WARNING ARG SPOILERS* http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=77905 Thanks to Spartan 1_1_7 for the link. • Not sure if this means anything but I thought it was worth a stupid post. I was trying different variations of the website were I would type movie, flash, book, etc after halo3.com and all but one show that it can't find the website. The only one that is different is www.halo3.com/flash. It just says that you are unable to view this website. Not sure what that means if anything. Says that you might need to log in.

 • Halo Comic in my Best Buy fliyer today. Nice. Bit late though, thanks to crazyboy3 So, Ima gonna go play soma Halo 2 for now, this is all giving me a headache. I'll be back on later. Hopefully AR will have posted by then and some new speculation can begin. By the look of the threads, people have either given up and moved on to other Halo 3 issues or the speculations now have gotten out of hand. People are reading into this too much. See you online. Laters

 • After I read your post I knew it!! But next question - why 7? Because Bungie likes 7 and there are 7 halos, and so bungie is making us realise its them when we see it? or do you think it plays a more significant role? Or is it no more than a timer? edit: had to correct Bungies name...can't NOT correct it eh? [Edited on 06.15.2007 12:00 PM PDT]

 •
Posted by: Lt_Sparksalot I think its SUPPOSED to be like that. It's deliberatly not counting certain numbers. But why?
People keep saying it's on a base count of 7

 • Well although I doubt its going to be something in reality, its still worth checking. Other than that I can only think of an alignment of a Halo with something? EDIT: LMAO 2 SECONDS OF SEARCHING http://www.synapses.co.uk/astro/jun07.html Sorry, removed the extract cause it says so at the bottom of the website. Take a look at the link, but heres what wiki has to say "A solstice occurs twice a year, whenever Earth's axis tilts the most toward or away from the Sun, causing the Sun to be farthest north or south at noon. The name is derived from Latin sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still), because at the solstice, the Sun stands still in declination, that is, its movement north or south is minimal." HOWEVER, it continues to say later "Solar solstice terms in East Asia The traditional East Asian calendars divide a year into 24 solar terms (節氣). Xiàzhì (pīnyīn) or Geshi (rōmaji) (Chinese and Japanese: 夏至; Korean: 하지; Vietnamese: Hạ chí; literally: "summer solstice") is the 10th solar term. It begins when the Sun reaches the celestial longitude of 90° and ends when the Sun reaches the longitude of 105°. Xiàzhì more often refers in particular to the day when the Sun is exactly at the celestial longitude of 90°. In the Gregorian calendar, Xiàzhì usually begins around June 21 and ends around July 7." June 21 is when the sun reaches the celestial longitude of 90 degrees. So, this is about the sun? But isnt that 90 degrees related to the earth? [Edited on 06.15.2007 11:52 AM PDT]
