But if my memory is working, CE and H2 were his "babies" and he took a more managerial, story guidance, and a less "hands on" role in any subsequent titles. I do remember hearing mentions about "something other than Halo" before H3 came out. Let me dig and see what the credits listed his role as. Unless someone beats me to it.
