  • I can't get on these forums that much since my laptop has broken, but I really want to say that I cannot believe Bungie apologized for their team members' seeming so loopy and excited about this beta. Honestly. This is their baby, something they've been working on for ages and now it's all coming together and looking, well, super awesome. The fact that they are so excited about it just means that it's something of quality and seeing their large smiles and giddy actions in the vidoc not only excites me for the beta, but (as a computer science major) it really makes me excited to go out into the field and try to be a game developer someday. I don't want to write a gigantic wall o' text over this, but I just seriously encourage all the giddy behavior and awesome vidocs Bungie feels is necessary. Seeing a human reaction to all that is going on just reassures me that this will play wonderfully and that, to me, is important. I have had my worries about Reach. Seeing health packs, fall damage, hit-scan weapons, armor abilities, etc. has worried me, but seeing how happy the developers are playing this game just shows there is definitely some fun to be had. Keep up the energy, Bungie-people! [Edited on 04.27.2010 7:09 AM PDT]
