Peak activity is more important for the most part. As for people using Halocharts to say Halo 4 is dying it is in comparison to peak activity of Reach and Halo 3.

Every single time someone is on xbox live and puts in Halo 4 it registers them as a user who is playing Halo 4 doesn't even matter if they are sitting at the menu doing nothing.

[/quote]Why does the peak matter, if anyone is doing something in the game then they are still playing it. Not everyone can be on at once, time zones and all.
