The Phantom Pain- MGS5 trailer?

Do you really think it's MGS5? I mean the guy [i]looks[/i] like Big Boss, but was there ever mention of him losing his arm in the past? And the unicorn thing o.O

It was interesting but some people are going a bit far with what there saying. Its best to accept the fact that we don't know enough right now. Pretty damn sure its metal gear though.
