Breaking......Out?
I love reading all the Breaking In articles, but I just thought...have any Employees [i]left[/i] Bungie? It would be very interesting if, before they left, DeeJ could sit down with a leaving employee and talk about what didn't work/why they are leaving.
I'm sure it would be very awkward though....what do you guys think of this idea?

I think it would be cool if employees who were leaving voluntarily could tell us about their experiences there yes. But I don't think it would be cool to exploit fired people loose emotion for my own entertainment. Maybe that could be a bad tv show...

I know quite a number of Bungie employees left to join 343 Industries after Reach, to continue developing the Halo series. I think that's a reasonable excuse to leave such an amazing company, to keep on working on an amazing franchise. :p Theres nothing too sad about this. Bungie wanted to try something new, and Microsoft wanted to continue the series. Luckily we get the best of both worlds! :P [Edited on 08.07.2012 10:42 PM PDT]

Leaving a job for something else isnt always a bad thing and it isn't always because there was bad blood in the office. However, having an interview with someone about it and then posting it for possibly millions to see is never a good idea.
