Government vs. People...I don't see how it will be a civil war. If the economy collapses, why in the world would soldiers fight on behalf of a broke government who can't pay them? Soldiers vs Citizens...not likely, since soldiers are citizens, and based on those projections there would be no money to pay the soldiers anyway... But what ever, I have an arsenal, so come and F with me and see what happens.
