New Battle of the States
[quote]Here is a new battle of the states. I will be updating it regularly so everyone will no what is going on. Basically, all of America is having a civil war so you will claim a state and defend/fight for it.
Here are the rules:
1. You must claim a state no one has claimed yet
2. Alliances are recommended
3. No being cheap. Be realistic. Be fair
4. You can only start off with 500,000 troops
5. No nukes/bio weapons.
6. No taking over a state, unless it has been represented before.
7. No arguing
8. Natural accidents will happen every once in a while, so DON'T COMPLAIN!
9. No attacking/invading until 8PM Eastern Time.
10. Have fun

UPDATE: SC has declared neutrality under arms, border is heavily defended SC will remain neutral until further notice Exchange of weapons and parts to anyone who wants it will take place on the first wednsday of every month at 0600 hours During that time there is to be no firing between the various alliances that are sure to show Any attack against SC will be an act of war and will be forcefully and swiftly enacted upon by our immediate joining to the rival alliance
