Firefight All firefight values are the same for campaign except 3 times more. This means you must multiply the point answer you recieve from the equation by 3 to work out your Firefight point value. • This will need some testing but I definitely saw the multiplier in the top right of the screen decrease over time, so I'm assuming the time multiplier is shown inside that. Perhaps it works like this: You're on normal difficulty (x1) with a couple of primary skulls activated (x1.5, x1.5) giving you a total multiplier of 3x. When you start the game you actually see 9x in the top right, because you're still within the time for the 3x time bonus. You kill 5 enemies which would normally give you 300 points, however, because of the 3x skull multiplier you see 900 points in game, and at the end becasue of the 3x time bonus you see the actual total is 2700. So the 9x bonus displayed in game is correct. (300x9=2700) Let's say you took a bit longer and moved to the 2.5x time bonus instead. You'll see in the top right it's gone from 9x to 7.5x. You kill the same enemies netting you 900 points (300x3) but at the end of the game you get a total of 2250 points due to the 2.5x time bonus. Therefore when the 9x dropped to 7.5x it was correct (300x7.5=2250) I'm pretty sure this is how it works - I don't think the time bonus is applied twice, it's just confusing how it's displayed in game because you think you're getting a 9x bonus for every kill at that time when really it's just a 3x bonus (which gets made up to 9x if you complete it quick enough). Basically it's showing you a dynamic TOTAL multiplier which is correct if you were to finish the game at that exact time. The longer you take, the more this total drops due to the time bonus decreasing. Let me know what you think.
