Join the Bungie Army. Play Battlefield 3 on the PC.
I know that is a strange question to ask on a forum populated by Halo players who live on Xbox consoles, but my reasoning is sound.
There is a team at Bungie who plays Battlefield 3 on the PC. They have their own server for controlled online interactions. And, they are lonely - so lonely and sadly alone.
When they caught wind of the Ride Along events, they approached me for help. That's right, dear fans. People read about your exploits, and they want to play with you. Join now and do your part!
I am accepting volunteers to join the Bungie Army in Battlefield 3. To participate, you must have an account to play on the PC. You must play nice.
This will be for a Ride Along to happen on Wednesday, January 4th at 6:00 PM Pacific Time. If all goes well, you will be able to access this server on a regular basis, and make lasting friendships with the Bungie guys who play this game.

A Battlefield 3 PC [url=http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/platoon/2832655241047533623/]Bungie.net Platoon[/url] has been around for a while as well. It's got 18 members right now, but maybe we could get every BF3 PC player from Bungie.net to join it. Just apply and I'll accept.

I got about a two years rig that I'm running. It's got a C2Q at 2.8Ghz, 8 GBs of DDR2 at 1066, and two GTX 260 in SLi running three monitors in portrait mode. Works pretty well with scrolling bnet too.

My computer is moderately top notch on specs. It can handle Ultra high setting at a good frame rate. Other than enabling the Anti-AA, it still runs in both performance and quality. I'm more than game for some sort of 360 BF3 Ride Along, that sounds amazing, as I'm too poor to buy a good enough pc to handle BF3. Guess we'll have to hope!
