Theory on "Halo 4 Planet".(Please Read)

Halo 3 legendary Ending: After the collapse of the slipspace portal, Cheif and Cortana are left floating in the middle of space. After a bit of dialouge, Chief hops into Cryo. Next we see the Forward unto Dawn floating toward an unknown planet. This planet has a Forerunner look to it. This planet is collectivly known as the "Legendary Planet". Halo 4 Teaser: Cortana wakes Cheif out of Cryosleep. Cheif runs through whats left of the Forward Unto Dawn. Cheif uses EVA thrusters and a hand-held 'nade launcher, the shot pulls out. We see a massive construct in the distance. Then the trailer ends. Conclusion: I was wondering what the construct ccould be. It hit after re-reading Ghosts of Onyx and I can't belive I didn't see it before. The "Construct" that is seen is a Forerunner Shield World. It is easiest to tell when you look at the wallpapers 343i has released for Halo 4. You can easily see the petal-like objects that would surround the entrance to the Micro-Dyson Sphere. I also believe this planet is the Legendary Planet. The planet, being a shield world, would eventually have to open after the firing of the Halo Array. The arrival of a "Reclaimer" may have triggered the creating of a doorway out of the planet. The Forerunners may have added this as a feature to the world to prevent them from exiting until Humanity had advanced enough to reach the Shield World. This would explain the sudden changes in the planets outward appearance. EDIT: The planet I am referencing is NOT Onyx, it is stated numerous times that Onyx was destroyed. This planet is a different Sheild World. Onyx was destroyed, the FENRIS warheads detonated and tore the surface apart. The Sentinels that formed the planet split apart and begun engaging the Covenant fleet, they left only the Micro Dyson Sphere which is just larger than a fishbowl in normal space. The Legendary Planet may be a Shield World, but it's bloody well not Onyx.
Just because Onyx was destroyed doesn't mean jack -blam!-. We've seen that the games are perfectly capable of breaking the Book Cannon (cough... Reach... cough). In TFoR, Noble Team didn't exist, Cortana was already on the Autumn, there was no delivery. All I'm saying is that we can't rule out that 343i won't break cannon or that they won't come up with an excuse for Onyx being rebuilt. Remember that Installation 04 was rebuilt once before. So isn't it plausible that Onyx, being a Shield World, would be repaired?
um no and just because 1 game effed things up does not mean we should keep the trend going, not to mention that 343i has more respect for the series than bungie does. and TFoR had nothing to do with SIIIs which is why they weren't in the book. Didact built an array of shield worlds in which the primary purpose of them was to attack the flood without too much collateral damage. The shield world in GoO was a fallout sheleter and has no reason to be rebuilt after the shell is destroyed (not to mention that there could be dozens more out there). Shield worlds do not have a reason to be rebuilt unlike halos. while that may seem like a contradiction, keep in mind that the halo's were meant to be found by humanity so far it doesn't seem like the shield worlds were. o and it isn't onyx
